ANJI has established a corporate governance structure composed of the general meeting of shareholders, the board of directors, the board of supervisors, senior management personnel, as well as independent directors and the secretary of the board of directors. This structure ensures clear delineation of authority and responsibilities, fostering a mechanism of mutual coordination and checks and balances among decision-making, supervisory, and management functions.
ANJI will continue to standardize the operation of the general meeting of shareholders, the board of directors and the board of supervisors, continuously reinforce the sense of diligence and due diligence among directors, supervisors and senior management personnel, and progressively enhance the level of corporate governance.
In terms of ecological and environment protection, ANJI actively responds to the "dual-carbon" goal policies and relevant laws and regulations. It vigorously promotes energy conservation and emission reduction and advocates and practices a green and low-carbon production and office environment. Adhering to a high sense of responsibility for environmental protection, it strictly controls the discharge of waste generated during the production process, actively practices the concept of green development, and continuously increases investment in environmental protection funds.
Meanwhile, the company enhances the development of the ESH (Environment, Safety and Health) team, actively seeks opportunities for energy conservation and resource efficiency, and promote the 3R principles (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) in waste management. This further improves the treatment efficiency of the three major types of industrial waste—waste gas, waste water, and solid waste—and enhances overall energy utilization efficiency.
